Mickey is the lead service manager for the Employee Benefits Division. He is responsible for onboarding new clients and is the primary point of contact for HR Departments and their employees.

Prior to joining Thomas Financial, Mickey held various roles of increasing responsibility with the Universal American insurance company. Mickey holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of West Florida and an MBA from the University of Florida Warrington College of Business.
