Riley Tilton joined the Thomas Financial team in May 2025 as Case Design and Client Service Analyst in the Group Benefits division.

She meticulously crafts and customizes benefit plans to meet the unique needs of each group. With a keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering thoughtful, employee-focused solutions, Riley ensures every plan is both effective and tailored for success.

Riley is a Northwest Ohio native and a graduate of Bowling Green State University, where she earned her bachelor’s degree in communications, with a concentration in business administration. In her free time, Riley enjoys spending time with her boyfriend Zack, and their dog Olive, cooking, and enjoying Florida’s beautiful beaches.
